Because our products are used for food, shipping, and commercial purposes, we can only accept returns on items that have not been opened or handled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or refund at no additional cost.
Please provide photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (such as damaged or wrong items). Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds
